Purpose Driven Mobility's mission is to build and maintain senior fitness through virtual fitness classes, in-home personalized training along with a community and support. Brenda offers varied workouts, while using all muscle groups - not the same workout each day.   With her physical therapy background, she explains which muscles are being used for each exercise.  Brenda always gives alternatives for each exercise to accommodate the individual body.  A great exercise instructor!!
