Goal: Improve your flexibility, strength and core power.

PopPilates is a fusion of mat Pilates, yoga and bodyweight exercises designed to increase your flexibility and overall strength.
Senior Fit
Goal: Improve or maintain strength, agility and endurance. Improve balance and work on fall prevention.
Equipment: Light to medium hand weights, resistance tubing and a sturdy chair
Level: Beginner to Intermediate
Senior Fit classes are designed for seniors of all fitness levels and include strength and power work, endurance training, balance and coordination activities. Each class will have a different focus, keeping the work out fresh and fun.
Simply Cardio
Goal: Develop cardiovascular health and improve endurance.
Equipment: none
Level: Beginner to Advanced
This 30 minute class is pure cardio, using low to high impact drills to increase your heart health and stamina.
Strength & Cardio
Goal: Develop muscular strength and endurance.
Equipment: Hand weights, mat
Level: Beginner to Advanced
This combination class uses strength exercises and cardio drills to improve muscle power and stamina.
