My name is Brenda and I have been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years and teaching group fitness classes for over 18 years. My passion is to help individuals enjoy group exercise and reap the benefits: physical, social, emotional and mental. My goal for each class I teach is to provide opportunities to develop your strength and power, coordination and endurance all while having some fun. And while this time of COVID 19 has created some changes in the way we work out together, virtual work outs allow us to continue working on our fitness as a group and provide opportunities to encourage each other along the journey. I call this Purpose Driven Mobility.

I am an instructor with engagefitness.org, a collective of other instructors teaching virtually. When you sign up with me, you will register on their site which includes the opportunity to take any class from me or one of the other excellent instructors who use the engagefitness.org platform.

Brenda offers varied workouts, while using all muscle groups - not the same workout each day.   With her physical therapy background, she explains which muscles are being used for each exercise.  Brenda always gives alternatives for each exercise to accommodate the individual body.  A great exercise instructor!!

After evaluating my physical condition, Brenda proposed a biweekly training program to regain strength, and flexibility to the core areas of my body. These exercises are improving my range of motion, overall body posture and balance. I see a big difference after 6 months of working with her.
